As a result of its growth, Capital Compactors had encountered significant changes and challenges over the years. As a growing team, they also needed to limit the amount of time they were spending on administration, at the same time as increasing the information coming back from their field service engineers.

Capital Compactors had been using a PDF system to annotate service and repair jobs on equipment at customers’ sites. This created a lot of administration, but with poor visibility to the business. How we helped

Part of the challenge was helping Capital Compactors’ business staff adapt to a new system after using the same one for nearly a decade. While very technical when it comes to designing, installing and servicing compactors and balers, staff were concerned about the potential disruption caused by the transition. However, we were on hand to offer an excellent level of support, not only to field service engineers on the road but also to key office personnel, to help introduce the systems and new add-ons that would improve their daily efficiency.
