The Red Zebra software was installed to provide us with a comprehensive call logging, scheduling and service management system giving us a full two way communication with our 14 skilled field engineers across the UK. We needed a system to boost our call response times and to give our field based engineer’s data at their fingers tips.
All engineers carry a hand held Smart Phone, which is linked to the service desk, this gives the service desk operator the ability to locate the nearest engineer to the call out. Using the PDA’s the engineer can also update the operator quickly and easily when he reaches the job.
With this software it really sets us apart from competitors.
