Log and manage incoming calls with the user-friendly Call Logging feature, which lets you record calls quickly and easily. Once calls have been scheduled, the system also allows engineers to file a Field Report against that call, either from the main office system, or the Call2Field Mobile engineer software. Field Reports enable engineers to describe work carried out on site, recording this data along with all the other information about that particular call. What’s more, engineers are able to record what parts they’ve used, fill out a risk survey and answer specific questions to record other detailed information about this Call Type.
Monitor outstanding calls logged in your system using Call Monitor. This allows you to keep an eye on the status of open or recently completed calls, so that you can keep on top of jobs that still need completing.
To make it easier to see what needs doing, you can also filter the information by type of call and site location. There’s a colour-coded system that allows you to see immediately what the status of the call is, along with the response time remaining, which makes it simple to prioritise those for which the response deadline is close.
Call Diary and Call Scheduling
View the calls you have scheduled in an Outlook-style calendar using Call Diary, which gives you a quick way to view engineer availability and manage sick days and annual leave. You can then use this information to schedule engineer visits, using a simple drag and drop functionality to assign calls to available engineers. Simply click the call to see more information about it, or filter the results to see calls that fall into a particular category.
See the location of Calls plotted on a map using the Call Mapping feature. This handy feature colour codes outstanding jobs based on their response time, and you can double click them to see more information. By pairing this with information overlays showing Engineer sites, home addresses or warehouse locations, this allows you to prioritise jobs and assign the nearest available engineer to the job.
Get a live view of what’s going on with the Call Dashboard, a screen that continually updates itself to show you the information you want to see, allowing you to stay on top of call scheduling with ease. For example, you could choose to display unassigned Calls, which will disappear once they’ve been assigned to an engineer.
